Nicol\u00e1s Tel\u00f3n, from San Juan Comalapa, Chimaltenango, is not your average businessman but an entrepreneur committed to giving the best to his community through food, employment and music. He has dedicated himself to his work on his three business ventures: a restaurant, an organic farm, and his training as a musician also allowed him to found Camerata No'j, an academy and musical group composed of young musicians from San Juan Comalapa with the vision of contributing to the artistic and cultural development of his village and region. From his local restaurant, Nicol\u00e1s is always looking for ways in which he can improve in each endeavor. What inspires him? He says that the<\/p>\n
