John Jay College of Criminal Justice is a university that explores justice in its multiple dimensions and prepares students for advanced studies and meaningful careers in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. This is how our relationship was established, developing a Participatory Action Research made up of Circula team members, members of the Restorative Practitioners Collective, and under the guidance of Professor Rochelle Arms-Armengol PhD. of John Jay College. The research was developed around what it means to be a restorative organization.
